This custom installer add Media Player Classic to the Default Programs → set your default Programs list, which is available for Windows Vista and 7. From within the Default Programs settings, you will be able to override the file associations of other softwares and give it to MPC.

Reason I created this custom installer: If you are using Windows Vista or 7, Windows Media Player will be the default player for most media files. If you try to go into MPC's Options and re-applied files association, it won't work for file extensions that WMP or other softwares currently is associated with. Therefore if you double click on a media file, it still play with WMP or other softwares instead of with Media Player Classic.

An uninstaller is included that will:
-delete MPC
-remove MPC from Default Programs list
-remove MPC files association
-remove MPC's “default.mpcpl” setting file in Application Data folder
-delete the registry folder: “HKeyLocalMachine\Software\Gabest\Media Player Classic"
